The Blue Heron Bridge spans the intercoastal water way, connecting the mainland of Riviera Beach and Palm Beach Shores. Phil Foster Park is a multi-use area giving access to the water to boaters, recreational fishing and scuba diving. Due to exceptionally diverse marine life and easy access it has become a mecca for recreational divers and photographers from all over the world.
